Garage pop, lo-fi, psychedelic slacker Seattle band Neighbors. Add some random saxophone, a tone of guitars and sometimes dissonant vocals and there you have it, or Neighbors that is. There is definitely a method to this madness. Thanks to Neighbors for the very interesting download!
